We currently offer PayPal as payment method. PayPal gives you the option of using your checking account, a balance transfer, or major credit cards. PayPal payments must include confirmed shipping addresses. Google Checkout: We are in the process of accepting payments through Google Checkout and will update our site soon. Just keep an eye out for the blue Google checkout cart. You can sign up for free to use google checkout quick and easy and take advantage of promotion coupons throughout the year for additional savings!

Items are shipped within 2-3 days after payment. Most items are shipped directly from the supplier via UPS or FedEx depending on policies. You will be provided a shipment confirmation with tracking number (US shipments only) when your order is shipped for your convenience.

We offer fair shipping rates based on real time shipping costs via UPS, Fedex and/or DHL. Speciality items are offered at a fixed shipping rate. Insurance is not included however, please advise if you would like to insure your package for more than $100 on UPS orders. We do offer multiple item shipping discounts which are convenient when putting together a complete theme of bedding or when purchasing a variety of items that would otherwise incur a per item shipping cost. We carry a minimum of 3 in stock however, during the busier seasons items may be very limited. There is a slight chance for your item to become backordered at which time we will contact you with the details of estimated time for fulfillment.

A restock fee is a nominal fee you are charged for returns that comply with our return guidelines.

We offer free shipping on all our kids girls and boys bedding making that much easier to create stunning bedrooms easily and affordably. * Clock Town Toys offers a 10-day refund for most merchandise purchased. * All items considered for a refund must be returned in "new and unused" condition in its original packaging with all of its packaging materials. * Refunds will not be accepts or exchanged for the following items: open bedsheets, comforters, down comforters and feather beds, including crib bedding sets, opened toys and/or electronics as well as fabric cut to order for you.(provided new & unused) * Custom and special orders cannot be returned. * All returns are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. * Clock Town Toys reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. * Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased with "free shipping" as part of the order will be refunded the total amount due "less" the shipping and restocking fee. Please be sure to email us in advance before shipping goods back to us. Refunds: Items received by Clock Town Toys within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Items returned and received by CLOCK TOWN TOYS after 30 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.

In some cases, our warehouse may have an inventory discrepancy and some items may no longer be available. We strive to keep our inventory as current as possible, but in some cases errors arise. We appreciate your business and in this event you will be contacted via e-mail to see if you wish the remaining part of the order to be shipped..
