SHIPMENTS:
We offer Free Shipping on many of our toys and games to our customers and items typically ship within 5-7 days after payment has cleared. Times may vary during peak holiday seasons. Clock Town Toys is not responsible for delivery and transit time and/or delays which may result due to weather, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, customs delay or country's decision to quarantine item. We apologize in advance that we are not able to ship some of our product to Alaska or Hawaii. The product listing will specify when applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by UPS, USPS, DHL and FEDEX or common carrier for larger items in the continental United States only. Most items will arrive at your doorstep within 10 business days from date of order. Please allow additional time (1 to 2 weeks) for hand-crafted items and custom orders. Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total weight of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition.
BACKORDER ITEMS:
We will notify you immediately your item is on backorder via email as well as an estimated wait time for your item to be fulfilled and delivered.

RETURNS:
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Email clocktowntoys@gmail.com for return instructions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. (Video Games):
For most home entertainment, video games, and opened software the supplier cannot accept the return, please check with customer service if you are having troubles with an RMA request for one of these.
All returns are subject to a $7.50 restocking fee.
